We, at Lexus Philippines, are deeply saddened by the adverse effects the Corona virus disease (COVID-19) is having on our industry landscape, and even more so on the health and lives of millions of people here and around the world. We offer our sympathies to those affected, hope for the safety of all, and express our cooperation with government and health institutions who are leading us in these very crucial times.

Throughout this long wait, we have anticipated the next time we could welcome you back into our home— our Lexus showroom. We are pleased to announce that with the recent implementation of MECQ in NCR, we will be reopening our doors to guests starting May 18, 2020, Monday.

It’s important that you feel safe as long as you are with us, so we will be conducting ample disinfection measures inside our facility and our showroom vehicles. In addition, the following safety measures will be in place to make our facility and workplace safe for our customers, team members, partners, and the general public:

  1. Wearing of protective masks will be mandatory within the showroom for all guests and employees.

  2. Temperature checks will be conducted on all guests and employees prior to entering the dealership facility.

  3. Social distancing rules will be strictly implemented. 

  4. Disinfection of showroom vehicles and vehicles for release (Sales & Service) will be continuously performed.

    Our Lexus Assist Hotline will remain open to serve you 24/7 nationwide. However, due to present limitations, our services between cities and provincial areas may be affected as there are government restrictions we’ll have to comply with.   • MY WARRANTY COVERAGE LAPSED WITHIN THE QUARANTINE PERIOD – WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

    All Lexus vehicles nationwide with warranty coverage lapsing within the quarantine period will be given a 30-day extension.

  • MY VEHICLE WAS SCHEDULED FOR PERIODIC MAINTENANCE WITHIN THE QUARANTINE PERIOD – WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

    All Lexus vehicles scheduled for Periodic Maintenance within the quarantine period will be given a 30-day grace period.
